You are sent to 221B Baker Street, best known as Sherlock Holmes’ residence, to find clues that would point you in the direction of the culprit. Beyond traditional detective work, this story also has a mystical aspect to it, with the game set in the World of Dreams and your character crossing into Oniria.
Set in virtual reality, you are free to interact with most objects in Mr. Holmes’ residence. Open the drawers, play his favorite violin, throw books around, or even smoke his pipe—which pushes the player to think out of the box to solve the mystery. Despite being an immersive VR experience, the entire game is rendered in a voxel art style, which creates a unique appeal and adds enjoyment.
The first requirement to playing this game is having a supported VR headset, which includes popular models like OpenXR, Meta Quest 2, or Oculus Rift. Also, the game has limited replayability, especially when the player sees the rest of Oniria.
